It is customary for the visiting group to do a performance in return, so the girls sang a rendition of swing low and Adele, and I played a piece on guitar!

Final checks before he heads off on a World Challenge expedition to Namibia.
He has to carry this on a trek in the desert and the Skeleton coast before helping a local village school with building/maintenance work. He's also visiting Etosha national park to carry out conservation work.
This is all he has for 4 wks.

A group of us volunteered in a South African primary school where we taught the children, and made improvements to their run down school.
Sooo many words to describe this week! (which was the best of my life so far!) Inspiring, life changing, emotional, fun, special, rewarding, unforgettable, harrowing, tragic, heartwarming...
These children were waiting patiently to have their hands painted to make hand prints to go on their classroom wall! They were the reception class.

It was a wet and WILD day of Pirelli World Challenge Championships racing yesterday at COTA. It started with a 4th place GTS finish for Dean Martin in the #50 Rehagen Racing Ford Mustang Boss302 on one piece forged monoblock Forgeline GS1R wheels. Then Ryan Eversley charged through the field for an impressive 5th place GT finish in the RealTime Racing Acura TLX on centerlocking one piece forged monoblock Forgeline GTD1 wheels (earning the OPTIMA Batteries Best Standing Start and VP Racing Fuels Hard Charger awards, in the process). And then in the weekend's third TC class race, Cory Friedman and Cody Ellsworth backed up their dominating Saturday performances with yet another podium finish (2nd and 3rd, respectively) in their #03 and #04 Autometrics Motorsports Porsche Caymans on Forgeline GA3R wheels. Wow, a great start to the season!
Throwing back to the 1990s and the wheel that started it all. Twenty-some years ago, Forgeline launched a legacy by providing professional racing teams with a high-quality custom-made forged wheel, the 2pc RS, which was our very first product. Though we've come a long way, since then, we recently launched a new re-engineered modern 3pc version of that wheel, known as the RS3.
