Getting close to finished on this one, actually - and I really wish I had a camera and lighting that could capture the detail. My shading is a little dark on the red but I'll learn from this one... I have no desire to repaint the cape.

I was contemplating a new design with this lotus bead and accents when the blue glass beads just fell onto the table! I think the Universe is telling me I needed to consider some extra color to the mix. I love it! Going to wrap these up with some dark oxidized bronze.
I realize now that I should have included a quarter, or something, to give a size reference. Those are size 19 needles!
It feels a little like knitting with Lincoln Logs...
