All my currently installed tools from the Adobe Master Collection CS4 Students & Educational Edition + Adobe FrameMaker 9 Trial :P - Very handy tools and I got them for a fair price!
First, I roughly cut the pieces out of white paper, placed them on the poster (for planning), cut a little here and there for correction and then cut the final pieces out of coloured paper.
Later on, I switched from knife to scissors, because of speed and cause my knife sucks.
Compression tone mapping.
This shot was a pain in the ass. The bridge that I was on is a steel bridge with steel decks and any vehicles, even a mere bicyclist, will cause the deck to vibrate like a plucked guitar string. I ended up shooting bulb mode and firing off shots while kneeling with fingertips on the bridge deck to sense vibrations, and mentally counting off the seconds required for the bracketed exposures. Having spent all weekend at a diving comp, I've had loads of Video to edit. This "Photo" is a bit cheeky, in that its a screen shot. It shows all the tools I had to use to get the videos how I wanted them
1. Lightroom : I use it for extracting and archiving all media
2. Handbrake : to convert from AVCHD to mp4 so the next program can consume it
3. Windows Live Movie Maker : Because I shot some of the videos portrait, and I haven't found another tool that will simply rotate a video
4. GoPro Studio : I've tried several video editing packages, but this is simple to use, apart from the limited format support.
5. Chrome/ YouTube : To publish. I prefer to have a local copy before uploading to the web. Not ready for the cloud yet
And I haven't even begun playing with the red, green and blue channels yet. Choice, choices.
(If you wanna see a larger size, there's an 8x8" version under "All Sizes" above the image.)
