Having spent all weekend at a diving comp, I've had loads of Video to edit. This "Photo" is a bit cheeky, in that its a screen shot. It shows all the tools I had to use to get the videos how I wanted them
1. Lightroom : I use it for extracting and archiving all media
2. Handbrake : to convert from AVCHD to mp4 so the next program can consume it
3. Windows Live Movie Maker : Because I shot some of the videos portrait, and I haven't found another tool that will simply rotate a video
4. GoPro Studio : I've tried several video editing packages, but this is simple to use, apart from the limited format support.
5. Chrome/ YouTube : To publish. I prefer to have a local copy before uploading to the web. Not ready for the cloud yet
And I haven't even begun playing with the red, green and blue channels yet. Choice, choices.
(If you wanna see a larger size, there's an 8x8" version under "All Sizes" above the image.)
100% crop from center of image to show detail. Normal workflow including histogram, white balance and some minor sharpening. ISO 400.
The Edit process:
1. Original
2. Curves color balance, mask out jeff (background =D)
3. More color balancing
4. B&w through gradient map + warm photo filter
5. Sharpen
6. Crop
#spc09 Workflow session was extremely thought-provoking - especially on the mobile space! bit.ly/1O7W4e

Visualisierung des Workflows der semantischen Integration der studiengangsbezogenen Daten an der FH Technikum Wien
This is the first of several mistakes I made that evening. I learned some things along the way and I'm adapting my workflow. The big takeaway is that I can set sensitivity lower than ISO 400 for sunset and sunrise photos. The second takeaway is not to let Photomatix handle raw files. Its noise reduction doesn't work very well for me. Takeaway #3 is to watch the colors when using Photomatix. It can really change them dramatically with settings that I wouldn't have thought would affect color.
