Just a little something I'm working on.

I want to improve my previous camera (www.flickr.com/photos/effixe/sets/72157601000121315/), so i have to design a new one.

i drew this out shape based on pictures i have seen of the abelson Omniscope but the guide film is different. It's made from polarized circular filters that will act as ball bearings with more frictions...

this first design (with illustrator...) lead me to learn SketchUp and now i'm working on it : www.flickr.com/photos/diy-effixe/6352411763/in/photostream/

Progress - The laid thread is lovely to stitch, but boy do I dislike all those tails on the back!!!

Knitting work in progress

There's been a lot of interest in this piece lately, so I thought I'd show where I'm at with it currently. About 200 hours so far, a little more than 50% finished.

Progress - the work on the back takes way longer than the front. Such a relief when it is done.

It will become a wide angle pinhole camera.

A pencil teapot for Mobilia- I hope I can figure out how to make it work. As in, finish it, haha.
