FYI The power station complex on the river - Kingsnorth - has been demolished since I took this shot, and it feels strange returning to this exact location to see a flat uninterrupted horizon.
I was fortunate to witness a special moment in the woods betwen a fawn and its mother as they nuzzled each other with such love and tenderness
Check out our latest blog article on Photographing Toroweap. We reveal our best tips and tricks and also give some interesting history about the area. This image was taken on one of our tours earlier this year. It's hard to beat a nice sunrise from this spot!

The world has undergone some significant changes, and the way children grow up is certainly one of them. Open fields have been replaced by tall buildings, long playing hours in the ground replaced by countless hours infront of gaming consoles. The effect of urbanization has still not materialised, maybe it will take a couple of decades more for us to realise things. I wonder what this kids will see in the coming days.

A Tri-colored Heron passes in front of Old Friend, the fading cypress stump that has long guarded the mouth of Horsepen Bayou.
We had this year the most dry winter of the recent time.
It was very sad observe all the suffering of the nature, the fight for survival and the daily fading of the plants.
Makes me think about our compromise with the future...
After witnessing the success of Columbian anti-air tractors at shooting down Castilian fighters, Lemunesia decided to get their own version. The Typhoon is based off the Niu's chassis, but exchanges the thick cast-iron hull for a lighter welded hull. After field trials, two different models have been approved for production. On the left, the Typhoon-57 carries a 57mm autocannon, with long range and explosive power but a slower rate of fire. On the right, the original Typhoon, officially classified as Typhoon-20-4, rides on a shorter wheelbase and carries four 20mm autocannons, giving it a ferocious rate of fire on low-flying targets. Furthermore, both models can lower their guns to 0° elevation, a critical requirement that allows them to also engage ground targets. Though these models arrive too late to help with the liberation of the Lemunesian Republic, plans are already underway to incorporate both vehicles into most Collectivist regiments.

It's a Wirbelwind, and its Wirbel-friend! I've seen this tank on Warthunder youtube and always thought it looked cool, and ZeeZee and Intense Potato have been putting out some really cool and angular tanks recently that inspired me to give this a try. I built the turret and the hull first draft late last night, then tidied up and rendered this morning.
Yesterday we were in Amsterdam. This picture I made at the port (Central Station in Amsterdam). These empty bottles ... two silent witnesses of a romantic night ...so sweet...
The most beautiful sunrise I saw here . At sunrise all the area near soda lake was surrounded by the fog !! We are lucky to hike up the hill to witness the beautiful sunrise moment !! Thank you for stopping by!

What an incredible location to view the wonder and beauty of the night sky! After witnessing a fantastic sunset, I stayed on top of Tom, Dick and Harry Mountain to photograph the Milky Way arching over Mount Hood. I hope you like this one - I have been trying for several months to get the right conditions in order to achieve it and everything finally lined up for me.
Below you can the town of Government Camp. To the left of Mount Hood is a good view of Mount Adams, and Mount Jefferson can be seen just to the right of the gaseous section of the Milky Way.

The Feather River Canyon was a source of pride to the Western Pacific. It's pride was witnessed on the sides of boxcars, it's promotional items and on the side of WP 501.
This tree was killed by the last eruption of the volcano at Sunset Crater around 1000 AD. Ten centuries later, still stands as a silent witness of better times.

The "Praia da Ursa" is a beach that is located near Cabo da Roca in the municipality of Sintra, Portugal. Given the proximity to the cable, it is the westernmost beach in Europe.
It was considered by the Michelin Guide one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
The descent to the beach is accompanied by fantastic views but once you get your feets in the sand the beauty does not decrease with the possibility to admire, from near, the colossal stones of Ursa.
On this day, last February, there were about 12 photographers shooting most of them from Spain... the beauty of this beach exceeds the limits of Portugal.
Hope you all like it as mutch as i do :)

Feels like it's been a month straight of damp, cloudy weather around here. I love the dreariness that emerges in autumn, but still yearn to capture autumn foliage. As much for the way it makes me feel as for how it looks. But no matter how I approach this subject photographically, it really does require some sunlight to fully appreciate. The other day I was making my daily trek to the local cemetery amidst a backdrop of extreme overcast with low level scud clouds chasing along the horizon and a light drizzle falling. Just as I approached the front gate, the sky began to lighten and the sun emerged. The light was dazzling to my eyes after days of cloudiness. The scene before me simply illuminated in glorious color with incredibly dark and brooding background clouds. Without a moment of hesitation I lifted the camera that hung around my neck and began shooting. I longed for a great foreground subject but none was at hand. I moved a few steps to my right to include the tree branches to help frame the scene and enhance the sense of depth that I was feeling. A sense magnified by the expanse of ground that I was looking across. The moment unfolded in about half a minute and then the sunlight simply vanished. Whatever opening had formed in the clouds closed up and that was it. Felt so fortunate that I was in the right place and time to witness it and was able to capture the moment.
I created this photo a few weeks ago and wasn't sure I'd ever actually post it. It was inspired by a lot of things, but mostly division.
This year has been one with so much division. It's definitely something that I've felt as being a source of frustration, anxiety and distraction. It's been hard at times, to find a voice in it, or to at least know when a voice is needed and when it's not.
It's given me a lot of opportunity to think, about where I stand, about where my growth is, about where my fears are. It's been interesting to witness it all.
How do you deal with division or being caught up in opposition?
