Hello my amazing Flickr friends !
Today is a blue day at Color my World Daily and at the fabulous Looking close on Friday the theme is Wise Words.
I dont know for you, but being very clumsy during my childhood, wearing glasses and being a lefty (it appears that left handed people running freely while holding sharp objects make other people nervous lol) I heard a gazillion times the words of wisdom : don’t run with scissors !
I know, I was clumsy but I always loved arts and crafts so I had scissors in my hands pretty often. I still can hear those words coming from my Mom’s mouth , except that today I’m the Mom… and between you and me; my oldest son is as clumsy as his mom ;-). Seeing him, browsing around with scissors in his hand makes my nervous….

Tout simplement un mur où le soleil faisait des effets amusants. Et une citation intéressante de Picasso. D'autre photos de neige vont suivre dans les prochains jours. J'essaie de passer moins de temps sur Flickr afin de faire terminer des projets, faire un peu de cuisine ( aujourd'hui un gateau au fromage) et de profiter des jours sans pluie pour être dehors. Donc je passe commenter dès que j'ai le temps.

A lot of wise words go unnoticed! This is certainly one comment that is tailored for our times especially when we see youngsters and others glued to their mobile phones! And I wonder, how many of us appear to be too attached to our screens and Flickr!

I bought this heart shaped pebble a while back with a particular photo in mind but didn't get around to it before the pandemic hit. Now it will have to wait but thought it would be perfect for this theme.
