Dithmarschen, Germany - an attempt to rescue a hopelessly overexposed picture taken through the window on a car ride. If I get more time to play with it, I'll probably try to remove the wires.
The Quality Wind Project site has rugged, diverse terrain, which provided unique challenges for road construction. Duz Cho Construction’s Roland Gansevles grew up in the area, and we were fortunate to have his experience for the construction of access roads, excavations, backfilling foundations and winter road maintenance.

Whitelee is the UK's largest onshore windfarm, located on Eaglesham Moor just 20 minutes from central Glasgow. Its 215 turbines generate up to 539 megawatts of electricity, enough to power just under 300,000 homes.
Halnaker windmill is one of the oldest surviving mills in West Sussex, originally built in 1750 to provide flour for the Goodwood estate. It was restored in 1934 and 1955. At a height of 400 feet it stands prominently on the South Downs near Chichester and was even painted by Turner. Although not used since the 1900s it has remained a useful landmark for mariners and it is said that it was used as a navigational aid by World War II pilots returning to base in Sussex.
