Wind farms are a fairly common sight on the Cornish landscape, and while not everyone likes them I think they add a certain beauty to the landscape.

As we were driving my niece pointed out the numerous wind turbines. We actually saw some of the blades by themselves being driven down the road. They were huge.

With the growth of Wind power and the new "Wind farms" expanding it was bound to happen. I was coming in from hunting on Saturday and had to wait while these trucks headed out from a truck stop. There were 3 truck each carrying 2 blades that must have been at least 75 feet long, if not more. The blades don't really look that large when they are mounted but ....
