WHY NOT was used to be called the MUSIC BOX .This place gets jam packed with students on Friday or Saturday nights on its early years . We like to hang out here on one night of the weekend with other students .It's got a separate disco section ,bar and resto . One of my friends I bumped into last time told me it isn't as good anymore as it was before as competitions with other hang out places is ripe like the El Camino are sprouting in Dumaguete .

I took this photo at zero hour of the new corona world order. A few days later, on my way home from Spain, I had my first contact with men in spacesuits at Italian border, checking my health status. After that this Rotting Mannequin took me on some seriosly surrealistic drive through 2020. Now the year is coming to an end. I hope this also applies to this crazy taxi ride...

For this weeks theme I went with the Christmas wreath that we have on our garden shed. I love that it has a blanket of snow...
Two slightly different images of the same subject for viewing in 3-D using the crossview stereo method. Try viewing the combined image from a distance of about 12 inches (30cm+/-) to start. Look down your nose to go cross eyed and the two images should seem to move apart from each other, with a new image forming between them. Let your eyes adapt to the central image - it should pop strongly into 3D. Changing the viewing distance and/or viewing on a smaller/bigger screen may help.

our luggage was stuck at the top of the mtn and we were at the bottom in a hotel room. Family of 7 in 2 queen bed room wasn't ideal but we were safe and entertaining each other.
I was driving along on the Sunset strip and I saw this statue of a life sized horse on the roof of this building. I don’t know why it was up there. But, this is Hollywood and it’s not unusual to see a lot of strange things around here.
To be fair, I did some running too.... but my running was towards the beach when I realised what the sky was doing.

Why shouldn’t an ancient tree let a couple of its oldest branches grow downward and crawl the line of earth, while the others reach skyward … I visit this tree most weeks and in all seasons, and always feel greeted by its casual embrace.

Somehow this goes well with yesterday's shot of a tractor pile. This is one of the entrances to our local arena, site of many a hockey game, curling bonspiel, and indoor rodeo.
I liked this when I shot it and still like it 20 months later - but there has never seemed to be a "right" time to post it. Until now.
