I had already missed the chance to take its picture in the wheelbarrow of the barn because while I was going out to the car to get my camera, a worker came in and startled it. Fortunately I was able to find it again because of all the clucking. I wanted to line up a shot of this cool doorway for the Flickr group, but the chicken was moving so fast I thought I'd better snap it before it disappeared again. Consequently I didn't get the entire door in the frame, and the chicken was still too fast for me, lol.

(They have paid farm workers as well as us volunteers who trade a few hours filling up the bins in exchange for our veggies. On my first Tuesday I thought the beautiful salad mix being washed would make a great picture, so I came back Thursday only to have missed the salad production, but I got these chicken pics instead.)
