Heraclitus, as quoted in Plato, Cratylus, 402a.
The morning after publishing the Weekend Project I suddenly remembered that shot.
I don't know what this bug is called. We weren't formally introduced. This one flew onto my glasses, on the inside of the lens, and refused to leave without a severe reprimand. After this one left many of its relatives came for a visit, stopping for a rest on many places where I'd applied Banana Boat sunscreen. No one else seemed to have the viral attraction I had for these bright green insects.

... and yes, I'm switching back to iPhone 7 , curse you iPhone 13!
Books a great, you can learn things.
This is a book with "Boring Postcards" from Martin Parr's collection of boring postcards.
Every (!) shot with my iPhone 13 looks like a clumsily recolored 60s postcard. The wrong colors, the white halo at the horizon ... In one aspect the postcard is even better, it didn't destroy the shadows.

Iphone shot taken on my evening grocery shopping walk, between Kreissparkasse und Rewe-Markt.
Like most of my iphone shots taken in portrait orientation and cropped and straightened.
I did not try to mimic a specific artist but elements I identified: the flat, documentary approach to architecture, the strong colors, the strong symmetry, the elevated standpoint (faked here), the wide format.
Self, taken with human tripod/remote, but staged by me.
Taken with a panorama camera (Fujifilm TX-1), cropped.
I was walking along South Beach in Troon this afternoon and couldn't help but notice this couple picking up plastic rubbish.
A great job done and I'm sure this will be a project that they will carry forward to the weekend!!
