A hale and hearty bull elk graces the landscape near my daughter's home in Estes Park, Colorado. I've shown previous photos of these marvelous creatures but am always amazed at how easily they accept human presence in their domain. This one of a series of excellent shots captured by my daughter on a weekend adventure. Textures and editing by me.
