My daughter thinks it is so FUNNY when she runs towards me while I'm taking pictures. It is the best way to get a real smile out of her. This is during an attempt at a photo shoot to model this dress for a lady I bought it from. :) My little pageant princess :)
Our boys love their Barb.

Things seem to be going ok. We had a little cry the first night for ten minutes but since then he settles in his crate no problem. He's learnt to sit when asked and is asking to go out to the toilet after only two days with us.
The cat is not too bad, we had a bit of an altercation between them when he came bounding in from the garden all excited, but I suppose it takes time.

My dogs and I walk by this broken corral every day. It is in the middle of a huge empty field and it looks very unassuming until you get close to it. I think it is beautiful and often use it as a backdrop in my people photography.
Not very inspired. I didn't have much time to play around this week. I was going to work in some of my sons Ninjago lego guys but couldn't work it out to make it look the way I wanted it to.

I should mourn the loss of one of my favorite 80's people with my weekly shot. But there's enough coverage...no one needs mine. Instead I will celebrate the magic of Kuma's Corner. I've been spending too much time there lately. Last night we were there for 3 or 4 hours of drinking, eating, and hanging outside. Kuma's and Jacko don't mix...but we know who is cooler in the end.
