This was a practice shot before the actual wedding day of Brittany and Trent. In the background is the San Diego LDS Temple which is a unique looking building I've heard compared to the castle from the movie Frozen. Beautiful blue and clear skies on the morning when we took this shot.

This painting was done for my youngest daughter and child and her husband for their wedding. The two circles in the middle represent the marriage vows, the joining together with the wedding rings. The warm colours represent the help that all friends and family gave for their beautiful reception which was held here at our home. We had singers and dancers perform at the reception so it was filled with art of every kind. The beginning of married life an exciting time indeed!

Original design by Sweet Art www.sweetart.com.au/ & was given to me to recreate by the bride.

'Midnight Delight' (dark chocolate mud cake) in layers filled with chocolate ganache on the bottom or extended tier & 'Snow White' (white chocolate mud cake) in 3 layers with white chocolate ganache for the top round tier.

Family and friends at Andy and Rachel's wedding rehearsal dinner. From left to right, Mary, Jacob, Claire, Corey, Maeve, and Pat.

About once a year, I will take on a wedding.

A quick shot from the wedding I covered on Wednesday (which I'm hard at work processing at the moment) - contrary to how it may look, this wasn't the bride and groom but their grandkids who were acting as flower girl and page boy for the day.

Congratulations to Lyndsey and Graham - and thanks for including me in your big day! All the best for your future together.

Shot using SB-900 off-camera left, shooting wide angle into the clouds. Triggered with on-camera SB-900.

For our wedding our friends helped us fold 1000 origami cranes to decorate with.

This is a sample for a wedding. This is only for the top tier. :) (My patience isn't good enough to make this many roses on all of the cupcakes, haha.)

The weddings season is almost over, in some part I am glad....

Tired from running around the country. It´s family time now :))

On today Explore at 83

my last wedding, so i had to make a special image for my client :)

Despite having given up wedding photography a couple of years ago, I was dragged out of retirement to photograph my friends wedding recently. I was ably assisted by fellow flickr buddy Time Grabber

The groom, the bride and the father-in-law. (I was invited to this wedding in Myanmar out in the middle of nowhere which was quite a joyous experience.)

I don't normally do portraits or events but i could not resist a shot ot this cute bunch at a friends wedding.
