This is for a beach wedding today. The whole cake is coconut with white chocolate ganache.

As a devoted paparazzi, I already witnessed many Ethiopian wedding ceremonies. I never saw such a sad one.
No wonder it took me so long time to go over the photos; and when I did so, I felt how with time, as I process more and more photos, my throat is choking more and more.
I have no idea why bride and groom were so serious and unhappy. It can be an interesting projection test to propose a story that explains it.
My impression was that the guests tried to cheer up the event. They did not succeed very well.
When I was an adolescent, I heard the phrase that since then accompanies me: 'Life is not what they promised at the prospect'…
I'd rather be uploading fun, non commissioned work for you guys... but I have no time for play these days.
(Not that I don't enjoy my weddings, of course.)

From a wedding I shot in April 2015. Since I was practically laying on the ground I had nothing but sky behind the couple. I did this treatment just for my own enjoyment.

I had the privilege of assisting my friend Scott Bond photographing his mates wedding. Pre-wedding photos were taken on Balmoral Beach - such a nice location. It was a great experience and heaps of fun!

I've never shot a wedding before but I couldn't resist a shot of this bizarre ceremony on the beach. You are looking at the entire wedding consisting of a bride, groom, witness and minister. They carried on into the night and this shot was actually 3.2 seconds long in pitch black (I was shocked that I was able to focus it). The long exposure brought out the blues of the night and gave this kind of an erie feel.
Wedding was great and lots of good pictures and lots of chance to learn.
ps1. just curiosity: how do I say this kind of shoes? High hills?
ps2. next monday (6/7) I'm going to know if my baby is a boy or a girl... Lucas or Julia. :)
