This is the biggest web I've ever seen, and the little spider spinning it was speeding right along. It was about 6 feet in the air, hanging off a building.

Not everything is as it seems, not even this spider web. It may look perfect from a distance but when you look closer, you can tell that it’s not. I know that nothing’s ever perfect, but it’s okay. It’s what makes our world amazing, and it’s what makes us human.

Catching the last rays of light, 2 SD40-2s, an RS18u and two 424s struggle through Tunnel, New York.
Dew condensed on spider-web. Seen enroute Surkanda devi temple, Dhanaulti, near Mussoorie. The foggy weather moistened almost everything, creating beautiful patterns along edges of flowers, leaves, and cobwebs.
I changed my mind about my photo for today. I was taking photos of spider's webs that I had sprayed with water so all the water droplets stuck to it. I originally chose a shot I did looking upwards with so you could see the blue sky behind the web, but now I think I prefer it on black.
