There were hundreds of spider webs kissed by the dew in this early-Spring prairie in Cross Plains, Wisconsin.
Another busy work day finds me stuck for inspiration, so I just searched the front of our house for a few subjects as I got out of the car. Here is one of the webs that have spring up in the ornamental bushes growing in our front garden.

Image taken in the early morning when everything was coated in dew (including myself after a few minutes of wandering around). I am sure that this spider web would not be very effective until the dew evaporated!
Too much nervous energy today. It is a momentous day for Scotland. Took the dogs for a very long walk this morning and for the first time in months took my camera with me.
