My first web photo, just in time for Halloween . . . .

I've decided to make it Web Wednesday! I have a few photos that show the webs rather nicely. It's often tempting for me to crop in to the spider, but with a web like this, you'll just have to make due with a smaller spider. :-) I left the image big enough that you can view larger to see the spider.

This is a Trashline Orbweaver, and it appears she has lunch at the front end, and a fluffy, trashy egg sac behind.

the spider webs fascinate me , they are so delicate and beautiful among the Autumn colours now. I marvel at the spiders working so feverishly. Have a good Sunday my friends .

After a day of soggy fog the sun broke through for 10 minutes before it set for the day.

Fortunately I'd nipped out down the lane and had my camera with me, right time, right place for once.

No time to mess about as the light went as quick as it came, it was gone by the time I'd fired off a couple of shots.

hmmm... I just noticed that the title reads the same forwards as it does backwards, like there's a mirror between the words.

These web worms can kill a tree as the web covers the tree, but they have their place on earth ..They don't know how it will effect people and their trees , they just do what they do They weave webs all over trees ..The reason call web worms , I suppose, Nature inspires me but sometimes it is overwhelming of how critters can take over but they were here before us
