Czech composer Anton Dvorak dedicated in his operas many area ponds, lakes and supernatural beings around them. Greens men, fairies and so on. I thought as a child that the old man was a jerk. No, he was not. Drew ideas from the country in which he lived. (He lived in the USA and therefore it probably has compared), Czech Republic is a pond at every 5 kilometers.

One of the reasons we stayed in Knoxville after I finished my education was the proximity to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The Cherokee believe that these mountains have a spiritual presence, and I think I agree with them. When I visit there I feel the tensions of the week melt. I especially love being by moving water, not hard to find if you know where to look. It is there, rather than by still water, that He restores my soul.

...may you have a calm, clear day, may your life reflect the inner person you truly are, and may there be a little excitement flowing in to keep your waters fresh. I hope you're having a wonderful day, my friends. Oh, by the way, its 77 degrees, clear, and winds at 1mph...lololol. :~}

Singapore is an interesting country where different languages, histories and cultures, predominantly Chinese, Malay and Indian, coexist. It is certainly an attractive country for photographers. Different districts show totally different colours, tones and textures. I was out day and night for photography during my stay for 12 days! I felt safe and confident to go out anywhere and with my camera gear in Singapore. And yet, the heat was too much for me. After my day shoot, I rested and admired night landscape with travelers at Marina Bay, relaxing...
