From the vantage point of the top of the chair backrest , the neighbour's cat who likes to visit can watch the birdies at the seed feeder of " Chez FatSnax " !!
I have kept the cat as an out of focus silhouette to concentrate on the feeder with 2 diners munching away while one hovers on approach waiting for a vacant spot to join in . The one hovering is quite polite compared to some others who just barge in knocking off whoever is still there !!

There were 7 adult Bald Eagles fighting for a duck kill. The others moved away as this one swooped in.
A little COY (cub of year) in Great Smoky Mountains watches the people watching him. We got to spend about an hour with a mother black bear and her 3 cubs. I wish the light had been better but it was still magical.

Under the railway arches off Floodgate Street, a group of very talented youngsters were performing break dancing routines much to the delight of quite a large gathering of followers; it looks as though this may be a regular Saturday’s morning form of enjoyment. Standing at the back I had to view the dancers on the screens of other people’s phones……!
Merlin came into our lives on March 29 / 2015, only three days after our beloved doggy Rexelmann passed away at the age of 17.
It was my birthday and from the first second we saw him, we were deeply connected - we became a family❤
His former owner died from cancer. So, during Merlin's first 1,5 years on this planet, he witnessed quite a lot of drama and pain as well.
At the age of seven Merlin got poisoned and nearly died... last week, only two years later, he was diagnosed with an untreatable abdominal cancer😥
All in all, our little boy went through so much pain in his much too short life, but he never gave up!
Merlin loves every human being, he loves animals and is the funniest clown that we can possibly imagine❤
He is a role model, he taught us to accept life and fills our souls with hope... the hope that we will meet again.
Merlin will decide when it's time to walk over the rainbow bridge - as long as he wants to be with us, we'll watch over him... then it'll be his turn to watch over us❤

The robin likes to watch the ground from a low perch for insects and worms. It is also curious. From its perch it watches intently my approaching lens and is unmoved unless it sees my eyes.
One more from my last trip to Las Vegas for the annual conference. Right after the sessions ended, I took the rental and headed northeast towards Bryce Canyon, Utah. The really scenic part starts once you get off I-15 and start driving east through the Red Canyon. The rocks become bright red, as the name of the canyon suggests. As you follow route 12 through Dixie National Forest, there are 2 arches that I believe make a very picturesque scenery with their surroundings. I had to stop and take a shot of one of them as the way red and green blend in together in harmony is such a beautiful sight.
