February 20, 2022 - I think the BMSI might have been the property owner. The sign is on the side of an apartment building at the corner of West State Street and South May Street in the East Franklinton neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio.

When your cleats wear out, please replace them rather than riding them for another couple of years to save money. You *will* eventually pull your foot out of the pedal. It might cause you to crash at speed on a busy roundabout leaving you bloodied and bruised. Ouch.

All this is is a sign telling everyone that this is a bridle path and you're allowed to ride horses down it.
But to me it's always looked just a little bit like a warning that there are either unicorns ahead or something with sharp horns...
I don't know why it came out all blurred and sort of twisty, but I like the effect. It looks a bit like a shot from a second-rate horror flick.
