It's a beautiful summer now here in New Zealand. There are so many little places to go for a wander and enjoy the season. The best thing is down here on the South Island, it rarely gets about 75 degrees (22 C). The last two days have been a little hotter than that... but a good excuse to open all the windows in the house (no one really has air conditioning down here!).

The landscape has been rather dreary and boring here for weeks so I worked on something quite different.
We are now in the midst of a snow storm. Count me happy!
