Gus woke up ridiculously early (for him, that's 6:00), screaming for me in the monitor "Mommy wet! Mommy wet!" Ugh. Sure enough, he had peed through his diaper/jammies and the sheets were soaked. Looks like he's up for the day.
To the rescue? Television. Thomas & Friends to be specific.
We noticed an Ocean sunfish resting on the surface off the port bow. I went out to the very tip of the bow with camera in hand. About 10 yards away old salt cut the engine and we drifted towards the big fish, it was 8-10 ft. in diameter. I called out haallooooo!!! just before we would have nudged it. It seemed to look me right in the eye then made a big splash with its dorsal fin as it righted itself. It swam off to find a new peaceful spot in the ocean where annoying people wouldn't disturb it. Old Salt put up with my curiosity but muttered things about keelhauling and banishing me to the dinghy where he would tow me at least fifty feet astern.

Their look is finally complete! I made some tiny headpieces for them. The blondie has a black elastic band sewn on the back with a black satin ribbon sewn on top, the brunette has a white floral lace band tied on the back.
I must say I'm very satisfied on their final look! I like the blondie's Alice style and the brunette sweet style. I was not planning an Alice style for the blondie, but I'm glad it came this way in the end, since I've wanted an Alice Momoko but both the models were expensive.
