Waffle: Sweet Evil - Drippy Syrupy Waffle
The boat launch on Nicola Lake looked like a waffle, and when combined with the clouds that were hanging over the lake reminded me of ice cream and waffles. However, it was also the contrast in textures that drew my attention. One with lines and a definite form, while the other was without form and color.

It's what's for breakfast. I had a late breakfast this morning. I made Pumpkin Waffles with Pumpkin Baking Chips. I put some Vegan Butter on it and then poured some Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup on top. It was so yummy!

The 25th of March is waffle day in Sweden. I didn't have any on the 25th so I made some today instead.
