Designed by James Walker and built in 1832. The lantern has been removed and the lighthouse has been inactive since the early 1900's. The round, stone tower is 67 feet tall and attached to a one story keeper's house, which can be rented.

The Nash Point High lighthouse is just down the path

The kittens decided to help while I was photographing the black cat swap goodies. Pretty appropriate, eh? Alex posed for photographs while Henry tried to steal an earring and then the felt brooch. He picks things up that look interesting and tries to run away with them!

My stomach is still bigger than my tits, but my ass is disappearing in a good way :)

Here's a daylight shot of the same domes as they were being set up, two weeks ago.

Built in 1908. The round brick tower is 55 feet tall and is attached to a one story keeper's house. The original massive first order Fresnel lens remains in use and the light signal is 4 white flashes separated by 2.2 seconds, every 15 seconds.

The lighthouse is perched on Little Mouse Island just off the mainland to which it is connected by a metal footbridge. A visit to the lighthouse is a huge challenge, requiring a climb up and down over 400 steps.

Located about 3 miles northwest of the city of Fishguard.

WLS transmitter site I-80 and LaGrange Rd in Tinley Park

The entry gate.

Built in 1835 by the Mersey Docks and Harbour Board,, although the station was established in 1779. The structure looks more like a castle than a lighthouse. The lantern room is at ground level with an observation window just above, all in the front of the castellated main building. The whole structure is surrounded by a high stone wall. The light signal is a white light, 8 seconds on and 2 off.

The lighthouse was transferred to Trinity House in 1973 and sold and made into a B and B in 2000.

Located on Point Lynas about one mile from the village of Llaneilian..

The family picture was taken in Dec. 07. I was probably at my heaviest there. My head looked like a basketball it was so round! Slowly but surely it's getting thinner though!!!!!

Foggy day.

Built in 1829. The round brick tower is 52 feet tall and is attached to a two story keeper's house. The light signal is 3 flashes, white or red, depending on direction, every 20 seconds.

The island is located just south of Tenby.
