Continued work on the Ultramarine Chapter Master.
I dunno what it is but I can't get this guy to work. Whether it's the blue that's screwing me up or something else nothing I've tried has seemed to work as I've wanted it to...
I'm making Frangipani from Sublime's pattern book. I made both of the cap sleeves before realizing that they are never going to fit into the armholes.
Some WIP shots showing the modular nature of the build and how the different chunks fit together. I don't consider myself a very advanced builder so I'm proud of myself for coming up with this SNOT structure. Each chunk is sort of "locked" in place by pieces in other directions. The end result is very sturdy, I can pick up the entire ship by the front prongs without worrying about anything breaking.
The arms are too long I think... What's your opinion about it ? It's the first time I realise something like that.
WIP for mosaic challenge group's mandala challenge. Lots of fiddly little pieces, all glued down; now just the background to do. The design is based on a mandala by an artist friend.
Gypsy is for MoS and she's still missing some bits and pieces, but at least she has a belly button! :D
Esta niña es mi próxima custom, ¡empiezo a meterle mano hoy mismo!
She'll be my next custom comission, start working on her today!
On December 3, 2009, The Women's International Perspective and the Ginetta Sagan Fund of Amnesty International co-hosted a screening of the documentary film, "Tapestries of Hope" in Mountain View, CA. The film was followed by a Q&A with the film's principal subject and Zimbabwean human rights activist, Betty Makoni, and director Michealene Risley.

Starting work on my Predator. I'm adding small touches to make it a little different. Plates where damage has been repaired. Gear at the back of the tank. Got the parts from a Shmira Jeep, they work quite well...
