Finally after a week of experimenting I've finally made a sutable minifig-sized Gronckle. But it's not quite finished yet (more bricklink orders)

It's a WIP that i'm working on. More pics soon!

Quick lineup of my current WIPs.

Left to right:

- Benelux hondenkop, design 90% complete, building about 35% done.

- NS Motorpost, 99% done, just missing some final details & stickers.

- LTM 51 Garratt, 75% done. Still needs better handrails, motorisation, and custom wheels.

My new cartoon character! Still in wip! Check it out here!:

Currently measures 12" tall, so should be ~18" - 20" when complete.

Just another WIP shot, and me messing around. I usually MOC by getting out a bunch of pieces in the colors I'll be using and mess around with them until I get something I like. The result looks something like this.

Can anyone guess who it is? Here's a hint: it's a Bionicle crossover with a video game. She'd be more recognizable with her sword.

current state - the ramp is finished, the gateway as well.

the rock face has still to grow a little - and please ignore the background ;-)

I was so tired and busy this month that published it only now(

After a little bit of soldering I've wired up one of my WIP signals with Brickstuff lights. I had to cut the plugs off the ends to fit all 10 wires through the Technic pins.

new painting

Can anyone guess?

Also, my new set is in the background!

Hello,

I'm in lack of inspiration with my castle "Work In Progress" so to your good heart if you have nice ideas, I'm interested !

Bonjour,

Je manque d'inspiration avec mon château "Work In Progress" alors à votre bon coeur si vous avez des idées sympa je suis preneur !

I started this thing yesterday, even though it's right before BFVA. I have most of the bricks I need, except for a few.

Work in progress. A ‘steenhuis’ (literally stone house) is a brick build tower used for living but also defensible. They were build from the 13th century upwards in the Frisian lands between Zwin and Weser. The modern day Dutch provinces of Holland, Friesland, Groningen and the German East Frisia.

In the late middle ages there was no central government in the Frisian lands. A period know as Friese Vrijheid. Local powerful elites started building these keeps to exercise power over their neighbors. Every little village had one or two of these and in the cities like Groningen at least a dozen were erected by powerful families and clans. All in all there were hundreds of these build.

Most of them were destroyed due to wars and conflict (vete voering, schieringer en vetkoperse twisten) but some survived and some even evolved into full castles who in turn all ended up converted to country mansion. The towers had a ground plan of approx. 11x7 meters with walls up to 1.50m thick and were sometimes constructed on artificial hill surrounded by a moat and sometimes a curtain wall as well.

Up to this day foundations are found during excavations but remnants are also discovered in old farm- and town houses.

The three best examples that still show their origin as steenhuis are:

Schierstins: www.schierstins.nl/

Steinhaus Bunderhee: de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steinhaus_Bunderhee

Iwema steenhuis: nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iwema-steenhuis

Steenhuizen that evolved to castle and then to country houses:

Menkemaborg: menkemaborg.nl/

Verhildersum: www.verhildersum.nl/nl/

Dekemastate: www.dekemastate.nl/

Fraeylemaborg: fraeylemaborg.nl/

As for my my build, as you can see regarding the big 18th century sliding windows, cornize and frieze my steenhuis already lost its defensible capabilities and evolved into a country mansion. The scale is 1:45. Converted to LEGO bricks the keep alone measures 30x21 studs.

PS still no name, so that special price is still available @Renzo ;)

A patrol boat river. WIP inspired by the Vietnam era PBR's. It started out as an experiment in this sort of technique and just grew over the weekend.

Currently wondering what sort of weapons to put on it. Up to date rockets and sensors or good old guns and ammo?

As there are lots of 1/3 and half stud jumps all over this, there are a couple of gaps in the hull deck now where bricks/plates don't quite jo in (hidden in the cockpit thankfully) Any suggestions??? as I'm new to this technique - aside from adding a tile over the gap

Here is Batman !! I LOVE the Batman movie trailer so Im taking a shot at it. Here is me WIP..After retopologizing his mask I added some textures to it still need to do a proper UV map maybe even do a little sculpting but for now Im happy with that where it stands now..What took awhile was lighting the stage..I didn't want to just throw and Hdri at it an call it a day so I lit it manually which was a great learning experience. Next going to model out the belt from the moving and redo his chest. decals.

And to show you that I'm still working on the Allium, here's the next stage of that watercolour.

Resultado da minha primeira aula de quilt à mão... fiz também quilt livre e amei, breve, depois de intenso treinamento, mostrarei o resultado!

I like it. Constructive criticism is welcome. Thinking about ordering some Brickforge vambraces and backpacks for them. This is the only one I have, so I need to b-link more.

WIP: flexo or pentahedron spiky baby. constrained.

This is a work in progress shot, just a sneak peak really, of what is going to be a very large MOC by the time it's done.

Now it's a matter of filling in gaps, like walls, and drumkits, and anyway, in about a month there will be some truly epic photos of this.

new project for my dolls, it's the centaur face of my mnf seorin, inspiration from deer.

what's it (supposed) to be from?

Okay, so this is WIP that is WAY far from completed. The only thing that is staying is the torso (not the arms), hands, and his back gear. I put it on that rack so you could see it better. Everything else is just stand-in. I also still need to Brasso off the two symbols on the chest. Do you know who it is?

WIP for the Eurobricks TC10 pneumatics challenge

I'm really excited for this outfit and I don't usually put up WIPs but female armor that /isn't/ slutty or ripped from other games? It's like finding a unicorn here in SL. Join the Enchantment! group here on Flickr and our group in-world to see when this is released. <3

Another WIP. Grass: Yes or No

So here is my WIP Studio Killers Cherry body. I debated shortening her calves down but since her ankles are the highest stress areas I don’t trust myself to make a strong enough mod for them. I wanted her to have a pear shaped body and yeah.
