"End Of The Line"
Well it's all right, riding around in the breeze
Well it's all right, if you live the life you please
Well it's all right, doing the best you can
Well it's all right, as long as you lend a hand
You can sit around and wait for the phone to ring (End of the Line)
Waiting for someone to tell you everything (End of the Line)
Sit around and wonder what tomorrow will bring (End of the Line)
Maybe a diamond ring
Well it's all right, even if they say you're wrong
Well it's all right, sometimes you gotta be strong
Well it's all right, As long as you got somewhere to lay
Well it's all right, everyday is Judgment Day
Maybe somewhere down the road aways (End of the Line)
You'll think of me, wonder where I am these days (End of the Line)
Maybe somewhere down the road when somebody plays (End of the Line)

Inside Out_The Traveling Wilburys
Look out your window
That grass ain't green
It's kinda yellow
See what I mean?
Look up your chimney
The sky ain't blue
It's kinda yellow
You know it's true
It's so hard to figure what it's all about
When your outsides in (inside out)

Beautiful gerberas. They are so photogenic with their simple forms and delicate, intricate centres. But like all flowers, they're fragile and only live if they're handled with care and looked after lovingly.
Here's the music I've chosen to go with them. Famous and wonderful faces, voices and harmonica playing here if you're of my generation - please right click and open in a new tab.

The Traveling Wilburys
Been beat up and battered 'round
Been sent up and I've been shot down
You're the best thing that I've ever found
Handle me with care
Reputations changeable
Situations tolerable
But baby, you're adorable
Handle me with care
I'm so tired of being lonely
I still have some love to give
Won't you show me
That you really care?
Everybody's got somebody
To lean on
Put your body next to mine
And dream on
I've been fobbed off and I've been fooled
I've been robbed and ridiculed
In Daycare Centers and night schools
Handle me with care
Been stuck in airports, terrorized
Sent to meetings, hypnotized
Overexposed, commercialized
Handle me with care
I'm so tired of being lonely
I still have some love to give
Won't you show me
That you really care?
Everybody got somebody
To lean on
Put your body next to mine
And dream on
I've been uptight and made a mess
But I'll clean it up myself, I guess
Oh, the sweet smell of success
Handle me with care

In the foreground you can see the former North Shore railway line which now ends abruptly at Luna Park. Prior to the opening of the Sydney Harbour Bridge in 1932, and the construction of Luna Park in 1935, this precinct was a huge (and ugly) railway terminal where passengers would transfer to the ferries that took them across the harbour to the city. It was also a commercial port facility.
In 1932 the North Shore railway line was re-directed up onto the 'new' harbour bridge. In this historical aerial photograph from 1930 you can see where the 'end of the line' met the site that is now Luna Park:

On Wednesday evenings I often get together with a friend with the intention of learning to sing and play guitars together.
He's on holiday this week and I'm not envious at all ... not one single bit .... well maybe just a little bit.
Well anyway, Tony, if you're reading this, which you almost certainly won't be because you're probably eating donuts and having way too much fun, but if by chance you are then practise, practise, PRACTISE !!!

Traveling Wilburys - End of the Line
George Harrison first mentioned the Traveling Wilburys publicly during a radio interview with Bob Coburn on the show Rockline in February 1988. When asked how he planned to follow up the success of his Cloud Nine album, Harrison replied: "What I'd really like to do next is ... to do an album with me and some of my mates ... It's this new group I got [in mind]: it's called the Traveling Wilburys, I'd like to do an album with them and then later we can all do our own albums again." According to Jeff Lynne, who co-produced Cloud Nine, Harrison introduced the idea of the two of them starting a band together around two months into the sessions for his album, which began in early January 1987. When discussing who the other members might be, Harrison chose Bob Dylan and Lynne opted for Roy Orbison. The term "Wilbury" also originated during the Cloud Nine sessions. Referring to recording errors created by faulty equipment, Harrison jokingly remarked to Lynne, "We'll bury 'em in the mix." Thereafter, they used the term for any small error in performance. Harrison first suggested "the Trembling Wilburys" as the group's name; at Lynne's suggestion, they amended it to "Traveling Wilburys". (From Wikipedia)

Another one week to go for my art exhibition and im working day and night. No proper sleep but it gives me pleasure to create few vibrant paintings on canvas. What way to paint Buddha in my own way. Sick and tired of seeing same old Buddha images all my life. Im not good at doing portraits but im good at splashing colors. It gives me great advantage when it comes to creating images.
From 11th to 15th is my art exhibition and I was just lucky to get date as somebody had cancelled. I usually visit the gallery which is full 365 days a year. People know me over there and one lady called me and said there is a date vacant and I grabbed with my both hands. It’s a huge hall. Where I can exhibit more than 50 huge paintings. But im trying hard to make sure that at least I got 30 big paintings.
My brochure is ready. All I have to do is to invite a prominent person from a south Indian cinema Industry. And also make sure to visit the press club. This time I want to be more professional than before. I have made lot of mistakes before without press media. Mistakes makes a man perfect.
Compare to before im trying to create new things with lot of color collage.
Hope people who visit my gallery will like it. I may not have time to check Flickr but I will come back when I am free very shortly. I miss my creative friends in Flickr.

This is where the line DOES end! A few years ago the rail line from Winton to Hughenden, in outback Queensland, ceased carrying passengers, freight and cattle All made very final by the ripping up of sleepers and steel rails,
As I came across this scene, several options to immortalize it sprang to mind. I could invert myself and the camera and thus obtain the right-side-up version of this White-breasted Nuthatch. Intriguing, but given my advanced age and continually decreasing agility, I decided against this. Another, equally important, reason against this approach was that I did not want anybody to get the idea that it would be a good thing to come up with a new helmet law for photographers out in the field. Yes, you are welcome. The other option, naturally, was to just take the shot and then invert the image in Lightroom or similar software. Much more appealing. Well, I did end up using this option but decided to leave things in their natural state, mostly for documentation purposes. The advantage here would be that if I ever decided to join a group, the image would be less likely to be rejected due to my obsessively fiddling with the settings in Lightroom. This just recently happened to a bird photographer Down Under and has been weighing heavily on my mind ever since :-)

A popular song released in 1988 by the Traveling Wilburys whose original main members included George Harrison, Tom Petty, Roy Orbison, Bob Dylan, and Jeff Lynne. Sadly, Orbison, Harrison, and Petty have since passed away.
Okay, he didn't sing that on this album but he did go into the great wide open and meet up a few other blokes to form the Travelling Wilburys and sing "End Of The Line"!

On my way to the hospital today in Breda (The Netherlands) where my mother lives.
It was a misty morning and the sun came up as a red balloon. Just minutes later I saw this beautiful light.
I stopped the car at a parking lot - I always carry one of my camera's - and took this emotional shot.
Because my heart is with my mother and filled with tenderness and sorrow.
She is at the last part in her life; no way back. Her heart is in a terminal condition.
This light is especially for her, she will always shine for me, even if we are at the end of the line.
"Well it's all right
Even if you're old and gray
You still got something to say
Riding around on the breeze
If you live the life you please
Even if the sun don't shine
We're going to the end of the line"
Lyric by the Traveling Wilburys
“Be like the sun for grace and mercy.
Be like the night to cover others' faults.
Be like running water for generosity.
Be like death for rage and anger.
Be like the Earth for modesty.
Appear as you are.
Be as you appear.”

ps: ..remember to live and let live :))
As I walk along
I wonder what went wrong
With our love, a love that was so strong
And as I still walk on
I think of the things we've done together
Awhile our hearts were young
I'm a-walkin' in the rain
Tears are fallin' and I feel the pain
Wishin' you were here by me
To end this misery
