....who else, indeed! Melodie went with us yesterday....proudly wearing her cool tee from April...and her darling bow from Rob and Sioux! I love them both! So does Melodie!!!
Thanks so much, April, for our tee from Little Sheep Eep...and to Rob and Sioux for the bow!!!
haha...and Goldie wanted to wear the tee and the bow...but since Melodie's bangs are shorter, she got to wear the bow! :D
Who am I…?
or…
what am I…?
or….
am I……?
A little guessing game, dear fiends. Have a wonderful weekend and see you Monday ;-))
You're every place that I've been baby, you're every face that I've seen
You're everywhere and I'm going crazy, your body rockin' my dreams
You're always up in my mind, you're everywhere that I go
You're everything in this time, so girl I'm lettin' you know
That I'm rolling up in a fly whip, come ride this and just close your eyes
Showin' up with my sidekick, my, superhero with a dope disguise
No wonder woman, all our dreams are coming true
So don't be scared of losing me, because I'm always choosing you
Everybody needs somebody to love
Everybody needs somebody to love

"WHO DOES NOT RUN ... IT´S BECAUS IT´S FLYING"
Las gaviotas son aves acuáticas que se alimentan de pescado,
pero creo que lo que lleva la gaviota de la foto en el pico no es un pez, sino un trozo de pan que algunas personas adultos con niños arrojaban al agua desde las escalinatas del puerto.
Anyone who has followed me for more than a few years knew that I had an obsession with the elevator in Morrice, some maybe calling it unhealthy. After it was finally torn down a couple years ago, there really wasn't much reason to visit Morrice, until I started snooping around the other elevator in town that is far less appealing structurally, but has plenty of other things to work with. After discovering the WC was leading an overnight A491, I did my sleep deprivation routine and ventured out into the muggy night and began setting up. Just a few minutes before 5am, A491 comes flying through the small farming town alerting everyone to its presence, and me alerting them to mine with some speedlights.
I love this little guy. He always looks so put out when you take a photo of him.

Truly, I am not sure. I certainly took the photo - intentionally wildly over-exposed (against the sun, with clear blue skies). In processing, however, all kinds of halos appeared - things I had not seen when taking the shot (there is nothing behind the leaf but light). I find these shapes and colours (artifacts) strangely beautiful - and I hesitate to take credit for the final image. Processed in Luminar and macOS High Sierra photo editor.
Roe deer fawn wondering if it has to run. Mum stayed so just being curious.
I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to all of you for your views, likes and comments. I read them all! It is always very much appreciated.

..... who won the battle. OMGosh this little painted turtle was not impressed with the damsefly landing on his noise. So funny to watch as he swated at it. Turtle was about 10' away enjoying the afternoon sun, until.....(shot with my terrible 70-300mmm it has been knocked around way to often. Ops sorry all I have)
For all those who loves winter activities this winter has been a joy
There are lots of trails in the forest and in the evening some of them are being lighted
Moving our butts have been something Norwegians are maybe especially good at
We love our hikes, whether it is walking in the streets or in the forest
I think we have been born with the joy of moving, it is in our spine
And now that I have solved my big problems in life I love listening to music when I'm out walking, feeling the joy, the love for life, the love of moving in small steps, and of course some dancing moves, digging music, life is sure wonderful with all its mysteries
I totally forget time and space when I'm out with Aiko
I give you Wherever I go
For the ones who have been following for a long time, you know how much I like experiencing with blur effect in a natural way, meaning not in photoshop but only by the way I positioned myself. Yesterday I had the chance to photograph this gorgeous Morning Dove at a very close range. It took me at least 45 minutes to get to that range just a bit at a time. She or he was sitting on a log covered by snow and at times, looking for food through the snow. Going through all my images helped me analyzed how I can do it better and found a few things I had not noticed in the past. So in the future, I will position myself that way for a lighter background which gives you the impression of a fog all around the subject. If I had not tried different things, I would have never found this.

Seemed quite a few Lazuli buntings around today, this one showing inquisitiveness as to what was going on.
