I got the chance to watch Whiplash on TV a bit ago and...just...man! It was SO amazing. Automatically on my top 5 movies. I strongly recommend y'all watch it, if you're of appropriate age ;)
Anyway, I had the idea to recreate the Whiplash poster, and voila. This is undoubtedly one of my best editing jobs thus far, and probably one of my best photos in general. Will I make more recreations?
The answer: Definitely.
A member of Skeletor's Evil Warriors, Whiplash is an anthropomorphic reptilian creature. His main asset for battle is his long, bulky tail, which can injure or knock over his opponent by delivering a heavy blow, as well as being able to smash through solid rock.

Designed to rapidly respond to security threats across corporate space, the Whiplash fleet saw extensive service across Imyr.
The Whiplash was a response to irritating, profit-reducing pirate raids along the shipping lanes to Campria, and as such prioritized speed and situational awareness over bulk and heavy weapons. It served well in this roll, and was produced in-system in some numbers under license by Nebulite Mining after the initial purchase from Sungdai spaceyards.

The Palazzo Pepoli Campogrande houses part of the collection of the Pinacoteca Nazionale di Bologna.
In-case you were wondering, this lovely stretch is somewhere near Nasik (a small town in Maharashtra) - India's Wine Capital. We were on a road trip from Mumbai to visit the vineyards but this place on the way was so scenic it compelled us to get down from the car and go click click!
Ahh! how i miss the simple village life, away from all the chaos of the mega cities...

The hair is modded dastan hair.
The armor is made out of Sculpey.
The whips are paper clips with fishing line on there painted with neon paint.
There is an LED in there.

Strobist: I used 3 flashes, one on the purple spot, using a purple plastic, another flash on the right side on the orange spot, using a orange gel and the last one at my left side using YN triggers.
Snidely was the nemesis of Dudley Doright, a Royal Canadian Mounty cartoon character from the Rock & Bullwinkle Show. Whiplash had a handlebar mustache. Photoleap was used to create this image.
