When we were up at the observatory ctr, it started snowing a bit, so, the Matterhorn was all covered by the clouds. Only when we descended, this was what was seen from the distance. We were told that it'd take at least 2 hrs. to get a clear view of it afterwards. So this was as good as it got for us. :-(

When the rapeseed fields bloom in spring.
View of the villages, Vorne Rainding, with the parish church of St. Michael. At the back, Sammarei (Bavarian for: Sankt Maria) a Catholic pilgrimage site and district of the Ortenburg market near Passau in Lower Bavaria.
When I need a boost and cheer I can always rely on Sawley marina to deliver and it most certainly did that morning, amazing sky and perfect calmness for super reflections

The history of Quaglietta begins when, to stop the Saracen incursions in the Sele Valley, it was decided to build 3 fortresses: Valva, Senerchia and Quaglietta, (which however at the time was called castrum Quallectae).
The first settlement was therefore a military fortress built on a rocky spur (284 m above sea level) to which a village was added over time.
The name has nothing to do with quails as many believe but with the ancient Latin name of the area or Acque electe which translates as pure water and refers to the richness and purity of the waters that flow in the area.
Although the town is closely linked to the municipalities of the Sele Valley belonging to the province of Salerno, it is part of the province of Avellino and is a fraction of the municipality of Calabritto.
The 1980 earthquake hit this town hard but it was renovated with great attention and today the ancient medieval village retains its ancient splendor and is a tourist attraction.

The port of Kraten has become the gate of hell
(Tunisia) - The Kerkennah Islands have long been a small paradise whose inhabitants lived off fishing and tourism. But since 2018 paradise has become one of the gates of hell. Migrants wishing to reach Italy use the ports of the small Tunisian archipelago to reach the island of Lampedusa in Italy. Some local fishermen have become smugglers, a lucrative activity in a country severely affected by unemployment.
Others, who for moral reasons, prefer to continue to earn their living with fishing, bring up many corpses in their nets the day after storms.
The photo above was taken in 1996 in the port of Kraten, a blessed time when only the fish were caught in the nets.

Wiki says.......
""""Since 1856, the name Baphomet has been associated with the "Sabbatic Goat" image drawn by Ãliphas LÊvi, which contains binary elements representing the "symbolization of the equilibrium of opposites", e.g. half-human and half-animal, male and female, good and evil, on and off, etc.).
On one hand, LÊvi's intention was to symbolize his concept of balance that was essential to his magnetistic notion of the Astral Light; on the other hand, the Baphomet represents a tradition that should result in a perfect social order.""""

When routine bites hard and ambitions are low
And resentment rides high but emotions won't grow
And we're changing our ways, taking different roads
Love, love will tear us apart again
Love, love will tear us apart again
Why is the bedroom so cold turned away on your side?
Is my timing that flawed, our respect run so dry?
Yet there's still this appeal that we've kept through our lives
Love, love will tear us apart again
Love, love will tear us apart again
Do you cry out in your sleep, all my failings exposed?
Get a taste in my mouth as desperation takes hold
Is it something so good just can't function no more?
But love, love will tear us apart again
Love, love will tear us apart again
that we do not see the ones which open for us :-)

When someone is inspired to create a Poem, he/she is uplifted!!
When someone is uplifted, he/she is temporarily found in a very original, private, personal world of Beauty (or notâĻ), inspiration, and refinement, extreme pleasure (or notâĻ). He/she feels strong emotions and sensations, while creating his/her poem; a huge creativity!!
Poetry in Nature is the creation of Mother Natureâs upliftment!! Which creates enchantment, creativity and inspiration in certain humans..

Fishing boat with fishermen's equipment on the river bank in the morning at Karnafuli river (Kaptai). When fishermen fish in the fog-covered river in the winter morning, an unearthly environment is created. It's like a heavenly morning.
The name of the traditional river of ancient Chittagong is Karnafuli. This river is an immortal witness of thousands of years of history. Starting from the eastern hills, this river has merged with the Bay of Bengal on the wide western side.
The scenery of the two banks of Karnafuli is amazing. Everyone's eyes will be closed. The only hydropower plant in Bangladesh has been built on Karnafuli.
Chittagong, the holy land of Bar Auliya and the green land of natural beauty, has developed on the banks of Karnafuli. One of the main reasons for this beauty of Chittagong is Karnafuli. The port built on the banks of this river is economically important. Chittagong port is very old. The river is losing its romance. The river is only being attacked because of the profiteering people.
