===When you're low
And your knees can't rise
You feel helpless
And you're looking to the sky
Some people would say
To accept their fate
Well, if this is fate
Then we'll find a way to cheat
'Cause, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh we'll say a little prayer
But, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh if the answer isn't fair
You know you can call on me
When you need somebody
You know you can call on me
When you can't stop the tears from falling down, down, down
You know you can call on me
Call on me, darling
You know you can call on me
Call on me, darling (call on me)
When you're weary
And the road is dark
And I'll guide you
With the beating of my heart
And if the cavalry
And the help don't come
Well, then we'll find a way
To dodge a smoking gun
'Cause, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh we'll say a little prayer
But, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh if the answer isn't fair (then call on me)
You know you can call on me
When you need somebody
You know you can call on me
When you can't stop the tears from falling down, down, down
You know you can call on me
Call on me, darling
You know you can call on me
Call on me, darling (call on me)
When you're, you need someone (just call on me)
You need somebody to cling to (call on me)
When you're, you need someone (just call on me)
You need somebody to dry your tears
When you're, you need someone (you can call me)
You need somebody to cling to (just call on me)
Just call on me, love (just call on me)
Just call on me, love (call on me)
Just call on me, love (just call on me)
Just call on me, love (call on me)
Just call on me, love, on me===
I am blessed to have cardinals around my place year round. They say when one visits it is angels visiting. I like that. Peace to you all my friends.
When we were in the small village of Carthage, Missouri last week, we could not help but notice the lively conversation between these city fathers in front of the coffee shop, on the courthouse square. . .

When I'm visiting such a special place like the blooming forest of Rabitz-Rosenthal, I simply can't go home with just one or two photographs. So I have to take You back there from time to time.

♫ When it all falls, when it all falls down
I'll be your fire when the lights go out
When there's no one, no one else around
We'll be two souls in a ghosttown ♫

When I saw the fleeting last light striking these gorgeous aspen-clad mountains along the Silver Thread, I really liked how those last rays amplified the warm colors of the autumn foliage. I went with a simple composition here to help isolate the special light and play off the contrast of the hillside still in shade, it sort of has made me think I need to explore lower-dynamic range/high-contrast compos more often.
When seen from a distance, the aura of the grass was so thick it appeared that a cloud had settled on the ground.
Have a nice Sunday.
When you put things in other perspective it can be fascinating what it brings. Can you figure it out?
When you get older, plainer, saner
When you remember all the danger we came from
Burning like embers, falling, tender
Long before the days of no surrender
Years ago and well you know.....

When you're flying at an altitude of almost 4.000m you look down and all you can see are the peaks of majestic mountains floating on an ocean of clouds, you feel that you can only be at the top of the world (or on another planet!).

“When the spirits are low, when the day appears dark, when work becomes monotonous, when hope hardly seems worth having, just mount a bicycle and go out for a spin down the road, without thought on anything but the ride you are taking.”
Sherlock Holmes author, Arthur Conan Doyle, 1896
“Nothing compares to the simple pleasure of a bike ride.”
John F. Kennedy
«Quand les esprits sont bas, quand le jour semble sombre, quand le travail devient monotone, quand l'espoir ne vaut guère la peine, il suffit de monter à vélo et de faire un tour sur la route, sans penser à autre chose qu'à la promenade que vous faites. "
Auteur de Sherlock Holmes, Arthur Conan Doyle, 1896

This shot is courtesy of my darling husband and I thought I'd post it just to show what happened only a moment after I'd taken the shot I posted just previously ;D So all credit should go to him together with all my love and a big "I'm so very proud of you!!!"
