My inspiration for this build came from wanting to try a larger-scale build, particularly with a door. I was pleasantly pleased with how it turned out and I enjoyed adding the little details. It’s been a while since I’ve last posted a LEGO build so hopefully I’ll be a little more consistent with posts from now on.

These are my favourite days.
Out for early exercise then by the time I’m home my wife has gone to work.
Straight in the shower then ‘dressed’ for the day.
All day working from home until my wife calls to say she’s on her way home.
Change into drab but happy that I’ve had all day 👗

My cold home office may prompt the purchase of an electric blanket this year. Until I cave, I’m staying warm with blankets (or a blanket-like poncho) and a heating pad.

One last pic of the books and magazines department here, this one angled outward toward the right side of the department (as one is standing inside of it – but towards the left side of the overall salesfloor in general). I mentioned on Friday the apparent scarcity of some of the books, and that’s especially evident on that middle section of shelving in this image. To combat that, however, we also have those pallet drops stuffed full of books and other activities, including one for ABCMouse.com – now that’s a name I hadn’t heard in a while!

Doodling with the cute little tiles while Working From Home.
haven't done much LEGO recently but I've rewarded myself with an Architecture set last week, hopefully will find time to build soon.
Go-Coach started operation of route C2 running from Gravesend Garrick Street to Whitecliffe in Castle Hill via Northfleet and Ebbsfleet International Station started on Sunday 7th July 2024 for a period of just over four months over sections of what should become Fastrack C. The service actually started a day earlier running as a free service as part of The Gravesend Festival.
Go-Coach 8347 YX66 WFH is seen here on Crete Hall Road, in a new urban area build on a former industrial area called Rosherville. whilst working a eastbound C2 to Gravesend. Wednesday 17th July 2024.
