Prior to Wellspring's involvement in 48 Rwandan schools, an average of 58.8% of students were transitioning from primary to secondary school. A recent study undertaken for CIDA found that this number has now increased to 74.4%. A recent study of our School Development Program showed that the most significant measurable progress with #school stakeholders was in #teacher performance, with an average 25% improvement across eight indicators. 288 teachers have now been equipped as #multipliers in each of the schools and they have actively worked with #Wellspring to extend training to the 1147 other teachers. #qualityeducation #rwanda #ignite48
