Have you ever wondered, “What are the components of a vibrant and safe classroom”? Well, wonder no more! This week, we're going to build a classroom out of all the essentials for a fun and engaging learning experience. Follow along with us to learn what quality education truly looks like in practice! Our first component: An encouraging teacher!👩🏫 When teachers are empowered and equipped with the training, resources and knowledge they need to lead a classroom, they understand the importance of their incredible role, and are excited to pour into their students. That’s why we train teachers to be the best and most inspiring educators they can be - to make their classrooms come alive with learning! They encourage kids to succeed in the future as they impart wisdom into the next generation, treat their students with love and respect, and instill self-confidence and worth. An encouraging teacher makes all the difference in the classroom! What do you think our another component of a vibrant classroom is? Leave a comment down below and stay tuned for tomorrow’s building block! #qualityeducation #rwanda #teachers #school #children #students #leaders #education #learning #community #communitydevelopment #ABCD #sustainabledevelopmentgoals #goal4
