Slightly overexposed photo - apparently, Canon EOS 1000FN does not know how to handle adapted lenses, without electrical contacts.
Taken with Canon EOS 1000FN film camera, adapted Focal 28mm F2.8 M42 lens, on DM Paradies 200 film. Scanned with Canon CanoScan 8800F using VueScan 9.

I'm not sure what happened here, why is there that vertical stripe - it's on negative, so it can be film defect, development defect (most likely), or even shutter defect...

This was one of my first attempts, in 2010, to make spontaneous portraits. This beautiful lady really stood out in the crowd, so I went over and asked her if it was OK to take her portrait.
She blushed, and said to me: Why me? I'm nothing special. I didn't agree with her on that. After a couple of minutes her attention went back to her doings, and then I took this shot.
I shot this on Ektar 100 film, but never could get the colours right due to my amateuristic scanning skills. Indeed, as claimed, this film is almost grainless, perfect to scan, and a tiny bit red on the skin tones...

Testing out my then-new lens on my mother's tomatoes, Tamron Adaptall-2 90mm F2.5 macro. Apparently, there was something amiss - quite literally. It seems somebody disassembled the lens, and didn't quite put it back again correctly, focus scale was waaay off - focus would go quite a lot past infinity. It would focus correctly stopped down, no problem in macro mode, and no problem on digital but a problem for me. So, the lens got sold.
