This is probably demonstrating viscocity of various fluids (there's a thinner fluid in the chamber above it and a thicker below) by showing how they react to rotational motion/forces.

I don't know who was doing what about 1 block from me, but I fully expected a huge hand to come down out of this vortex and snap them up as payback. And then it hailed.

I got behind some flowers to try for an arty shot. This is a series of Vortex climbing, plunging, then going into the loop with flowers in the foreground.

The Vortex Tunnel in Camera Obscura and World of Illusions was surprisingly effective, and almost impossible to walk through without holding on.
