The 1987 Vintage is considered one of the "great vintages" for both Red and White wines including this 1987 Chardonnay. Grapes of optimum quality together with fermentation and storage in new French oak hogsheads for ten months have produced a well balanced flavoursome Chardonnay with a crisp finish.
