Settled in 1829 near Rockley New South Wales, Bunnamagoo was one of the first land grants west of the Blue Mountains. The Vineyard is nestled in rolling hills overlooked by the historic homestead. At Bunnamagoo the cool climate and high altitude interact with deep volcanic soils to produce low-yeilding vines with intensely flavoured fruit. This delightful wine was made by Jon Reynolds in small batches from premium hand picked grapes. It was matured for 18 months in a combination of old and new French oak barriques. Label reads:" The Pinot Chardonnay grapes for this wine were picked late in January at high sugar and acid levels. The juice was fermented in new French Oak hogsheads in traditional French White Burgundy manner. This is a lighter more delicate wine than in previous years and has been aged for only four months in small wood similar to the 1973 vintage. The Wine is quite high in Alcohol and shows great strenght of acid on the finish which will ensure that the wine will live for many years in the bottle. Murray D Tyrrell Winemaker."

I did some research on Zinnias and apparently they used to be real dull and ugly looking, but through breeding they've become this beautiful and bright flowers. So I felt like the story behind them represented the reforestation The Greening started out doing, and as well as the transformation The Greening has gone through over the years. They started out just replacing the trees effected by the dutch elm disease and now they have added programs and projects to their agenda and do so much more.

Since this one represents the reforest value, the white areas will be covered in the leaves used for the reforest G and it will have the same color scheme as well.

Also, I'm using Century Gothic right now because my old computer won't install Gotham, so ignore the Century Gothic part =P

Label reads: "Special reserve Burgundy. Bin 2920 vintage 1964. Hunter Coonawarra Clare. Bin 2920 is a particular Lindeman Cellar style Burgundy made from Red Hermitage grapes grown in the Hunter River and Clare Valeys and at Coonawarra. It was matured in small oak casks and bottled in February 1966 for further development in bottle. Bin 2920 is a round, soft, mature Burgundy with appealing flavour and character, and is an ideal accompaniment to all meat dishes and cheese. Lindemans wines pty. ltd., sydney. Produce f 1 PT. 6 FL. Label reads:"Yalumba Carte D'or This delicate table wine was made from specially selected Rhine Riesling grapes grown in Eden Valley area of the Barossa Valley. The district is high and cool, and with its suitable light soil it is renowned for the quality of its dry white wines. The wine was carefully fermented under modified cold pressure and matured in the bottle. Rieslings, with their delicate bouquet, their clean fresh taste, and cool clear colour, appear at their best when serve with all sea foods and white meats such as chicken or veal.
