An Osprey - aka Fish Hawk - bird ready to sweep down on its prey in the Ropar Lake, Punjab.
As its common name would suggest, Ospreys are raptor birds that feed primarily on fish. The image probably doesn't do justice to how majestic they look as the sun shines on the white and glossy brown colours on its body.
