A Choir of Silence explores the resonance of inner solitude in the aftermath of collapse. Draped in ceremonial red, the faceless figure turns toward a fractured world, not in despair, but in contemplation. The windows, once gateways to light, now illuminate ruin. And yet, a single red bird soars upward—silent but not voiceless, fragile but not defeated. This piece is an echo of how we endure grief: not through noise, but through posture, presence, and an unspoken ritual of stillness. Here, the fabric becomes not just a garment but a tide—collective, mournful, and dignified. This is where stillness sings.

The Silence Between Storms is about stillness in the face of emotional turbulence. The faceless figure—smooth, bald, unmoving—becomes a vessel emptied of identity, yet full of quiet resistance. Draped in rust-red fabric that echoes both royalty and ruin, they sit at the liminal space between the interior and the infinite. Outside, the clouds churn like thoughts we try to suppress, and yet the figure remains—a silhouette of control or surrender, depending on the viewer’s own weather. Artist Statement:

The Threshold Beneath the Flood is a visual meditation on the disquieting allure of escape. The figure is caught at the edge of decision stepping into darkness, into memory, into the unknown. The red dress, weightless and waterlogged, becomes a map of past burdens and unspoken grief. The black waters reflect a corrupted beauty, while the viscous textures of the walls suggest decay and reclamation. This is not a literal space it is the emotional corridor between resistance and release. Between remembering and becoming unrecognizable. I wanted to explore how beauty and dread exist in tandem when we choose to move forward without knowing what lies beyond.

Artist Statement:

Party for One is a portrait of emotional theater and the grotesque within celebration. This is not a clown for children’s joy it is the clown of ritualized loneliness. He holds a balloon and a bleeding cake, dressed for a crowd that will never arrive.

The piece explores how performance masks isolation, how we adorn despair in confetti and frosting. The balloon a symbol of levity becomes a tether. The candle burns without witness. There’s a fork just entering frame: threat or invitation?

Through synthetic color, vintage silhouette, and horror-adjacent styling, I wanted to create a character that speaks to the absurdity and vulnerability of the human condition dressed in a costume we all know too well.
