This image of my eye was shot by Gabrielle Mensah
_______
I wanted to post it here as I felt she would get more feedback from my lovely followers here on flickr!
Shot at an art exhibition that was celebrating interplay between ideas and cultural multiplicity. The theme was to showcase how artists do not confine themselves to a singular art-making language, medium, or style—but, rather, range across a spectrum of possibilities.
Personal note: I really did not understand most of the art work or the idea behind it, but they were nice to look at !

In dreams, I see shapes and colors like these and I hear music as the shapes and colors change. It seems perfect to imagine those feelings and sensations with fractals.

An image taken when I was in New Mexico photographing an Indian Day School in Sanostee, near Ship Rock. It was a pretty breezy evening with red dust blowing. I turned around to get the wind out of my face, and this is the view I saw. That's Mitten Rock on the right and the road is Indian Service Rte 13 heading towards Arizona.
Rarely am I so confused about the situation when I was taking a picture.
One day I ran into the Łódź Photo Festival. There was a looped film projection in one of the side rooms. Two young people watched it. The scene looked compositionally ok (although it was very dark) so I photographed it. My frustration in the subject of the description comes from the transmission of the material, for me it reminded me of an endoscope inserted into a tube. Maybe I don't know much about art or maybe I'm just not in the target group of recipients of this film material (even for sure).
Lower Antelope Canyon in Page Arizona was our last stop in a week long trip to National parks in the area before we hit the Las Vegas. Last time I was here in afternoon so could not see the different shades of Red color which only is visible in morning time and you can see so many colors changing from here as morning sun rises above.
Ice Cruising to the Disko Bay .Οne of the finest experiences north of the Arctic Circle is midnight sun sailing through waters spotted with ice. The midnight sun is a natural phenomenon in which the sun does not set for a matter of days or even months
Sometimes, there is visual hunger, a need to see beauty and then, when it happens, a kind of euphoric wave is pulsating through my veins - and I must try to keep this moment and not let it get away. I don't know what this beautiful plant is and whether it actually is genuine to Cyprus, but feeding my visual hunger it is. Fuji X100F.
“It seems to me that the natural world is the greatest source of excitement; the greatest source of visual beauty; the greatest source of intellectual interest. It is the greatest source of so much in life that makes life worth living.” —David Attenborough
Ni en el momento más delicado ni más acrobático del baño y sus correspondientes sacudidas, pierde este correlimos común ( Calidris alpina), el contacto visual con ese "bulto sospechoso" de la orilla del estero
Visual Magick’s Igneous mods for the Kobold are beautiful beyond words! I’m wearing Lava, and its definitely HOT! I had a lot of fun playing with particle fire to take the last 2 photos. :)
not sure what to say about this image......simply messing around yesterday with old photos and this is one of the things that happened.
Much of my time these days is spent on work and family and photography has totally taken a backseat for many months now. In fact, my impatient 9 year old daughter was waiting and whining behind me as I was making this shot. I had to find ways to resuscitate my lost creativity nowadays and continue my visual journey...
My apologies for the very rare visits to your streams nowadays.

"Losing someone is like when the sun comes through a window, moving across the room with each hour, until night falls and all you can do is try to remember the soothing shapes it made.” Stewart Lewis
Tacoma waterfront is a great place to vision moody, dramatic waterscape scenes. Soft pastel skies and smooth water work well together.

My favourite time of year is Fall because it is such a visual delight. The wonderful colors, the smell in the air and everything that goes with it. This area of Fish Creek shows a river gently winding through an area of colorful trees.
