Why should the the locals have all the fun when he can invite friends or family to visit and park in the bike lane. Don't they have bike lanes in Ohio or do they ignore the lines and street markings there, too.
Maybe if the line were a bit thicker it would be a little more obvious but, even then, I don't think it would deter some people. But, there it is, the line extending clearly from the bike lane symbol to disappear under the car.
