This last year in SL has really been an amazing one for me. My original intention was to seek therapeutic experience through sensory immersion in this beautiful world. That has grown and changed as I have pushed myself to connect more with others, and I'd just like to take a moment to say thankyou.
The Nature Collective has been a huge part of this journey. Not only have I found beautiful, inspiring locations to explore but also a wholesome community of gentle folk. Last November, I curated Unapologetic - a photography exhibition that bared raw emotions, untold stories, and the kind of imagery that refuses to seek permission. Among the collection, there were a few originals that never made it to the public eye, pieces that held their breath in the shadows, waiting for the right moment.
That moment is now.
The image I’m sharing today is no stranger to those who attended - it was the one chosen for the flyer, the emblem of the exhibition’s essence. A single frame that carried the weight of an entire vision, a whisper of rebellion wrapped in light and shadow.
Some stories demand patience before they are told. This is one of them.
The Unapologetic exhibition found its home at Cats & Birds Gallery, opening its doors on November 3rd, 2024 - for the whole month. I'll take my time unveiling them, one by one.
