This is the first of two wintry, aquatic-themed images I did for the grand opening of the SWF Gallery exhibit! We just unveiled the images today, and they'll be hangin around the sim for the next few weeks (on easels). And we just might be doing another exhibit in January!

So I've been watching the show Euphoria lately. I'm on season two, and it's interesting, but to be honest I haven't decided if I like it or not yet. There's some parts of it I do like, but there's a lot I'm really not sure about. That said, I do really like the stylistic choices for the character Maddy. Her looks tend to be Y2K/early 2000s-influenced, but with some modern twists. Kinda dark, naturally bad bitch energy.
So, I decided to put together a deep sea mer look inspired by Maddy's aesthetics. The kinda piece-y space buns, cunty eye look, and a halter top I could theoretically see her wearing.
And of course, since my parcel design for SL's 20th b-day is Y2K-era-inspired, it seemed like the appropriate location to photograph such a lady. It'll be open until July 16th, so come have a look while ya still can, if you'd like to. 🐟

I was hanging with some friends in VRChat last night, and one of them brought someone from Real Life who'd just bought a VR Headset! It was his first time in any REAL VR game outside of mobile / cardboard VR experiences. He is using the Koga avatar featured here. While strolling through the city, I stumbled upon a captivating scene: a charming street, seemingly barricaded from casual access. My excitement surged as I instinctively reached for my trusty zoom lens, eager to capture this hidden gem and preserve it within my ever-expanding collection of urban marvels.
Where do you live? I live in the virtual reality apocalypse. My technology and I have become one. The virtual world has been merged with the real world. Now I can keep up with the advances of AI. The line between man and machine has become blurred, and we have been profoundly changed.
The future is personal fabrication, a redefining of our species. The end goal is to achieve the death of death, and then we will become gods. We will use nanotechnology to build atom upon atom. Our desire is to build the perfect Adam.

This still is part of a backup for a virtual reality 360 I took at this location. We're experimenting with ways to bring VR into online courses, and I played with some of the technology while at a conference in Jackson.
We're doing a serious pilot project at Indiana Dunes National Park this spring. We want to know what things students do (not) learn effectively in a VR setting.
Whatever the answer to that question, I spent a lovely morning snowshoeing off-trail through Grand Teton National Park, taking both VR and conventional images.
