Eyelash Viper (Bothriechis schlegelii)

is a venomous pit viper species found in Central and South America. Small and arboreal, these snakes are characterized by their wide array of color variations, as well as the superciliary scales over the eyes. They are the most common of the green palm-pitvipers

The Malabar Pit Viper (Craspedocephalus malabaricus) is a venomous snake found in the Western Ghats of India. Known for its striking color variations ranging from green, brown, yellow to reddish hues, it is a nocturnal and arboreal species. This viper uses heat-sensing pits to detect prey, feeding mainly on frogs, lizards, and small mammals. Though venomous, it is generally not aggressive and plays a vital role in the forest ecosystem.

With its duplex prongs, the chunky Duplo Viper was a favourite of spaceship spotters across the galaxy. Nobody ever discovered quite what the prongs were for. Guns? Missile silos? Sensors? A giant, detachable magnet? Who knew?

Sadly the galaxy grew up, moved on to more serious bricks and forgot all about the Duplo Viper.

I accidentally'd a Vic Viper into existence; take caution.

I have some pods for yet another not-a-frog frogracer built, but the pilot, this chameleon, still didn't have a cockpit. In the process, I realized it was kind of turning into a Vic Viper and it just so happens to be Novvember, so when in Rome... I've actually tried to build Vic Vipers in the past, but my heart was just never in it, so I'm glad to finally participate in Novvember by happenstance. Thanks for checking this little guy out!

Gaboon Viper

The Gaboon Viper (Bitis gabonica) is considered to produce more venom than any other venomous snake. A single adult animal may have enough venom to inject lethal doses into 30 individual men. It's dangerous!

Up close with the Common Israeli Viper (daboia palaestinae - צפע) 🐍

This snake is responsible for the most snake bites in Israel.

However, like all the snakes, it will always prefer to run away and avoid human conflicts.

Such a beautiful creature 😍

The Horned Viper is the human designation for the Skuvian fighter for which the literal translation is “fast as a cell ball to make female drop eggs, more guns then uncle with paranoia towards lead circle”. Its real name might make most people giggle, but not if they end up facing down a Horned Viper in combat, they are fast, maneuverable and armed to the teeth. Skuvian's have proven to be very similar in character to humans, capable of great love and creativity but with territorial tendencies and distrust of anyone different to themselves. Their history is therefore similar to our own with escalating levels of conflict culminating in five planetary wars that involved every group and territory. Their warlike nature is reflected in their amazing weaponry and they are second only to humanity as interplanetary arms dealers.

I've been playing with using these old windscreens at interesting angles and this Vic Viper emerged from the chaos. There are a couple more models in the series to come.

The technique I worked out for attaching the windscreen but keeping the rest of the studs forwards lent itself to the stripey colour scheme. I used similar stripes on my 2021 Vic Viper: it just works! I kept this ship quite plain and greeble-free because it just looked "right" like this.
