Visit to Cottingham Christmas Lights with Hedon Viewfinders.

My mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother were all born in the year of the monkey. Me, I'm a snake, but I do love those monkey women.

Anyway, getting the hang of this TTV thing, but somehow my images are still always a bit washed out. Sometimes this seems to work, sometimes not.

After taking pictures of these at Broadkill and in Baltimore, now I feel sort of obligated to capture one in places that have them, ideally during the yawning depths of super late blue hour (since that's how I took the first one at Broadkill). It's a thing.

There is a small removable plug on the rear of the viewfinder, to adjust the rangefinder. The adjust screw is visible here, through a hole in the deck. As you can see, the shutter button comes of by itself, so holding the shutter open at B is not easy without it.

Lake Kawaguchi (Kawaguchi-ko) is a lake near Mount Fuji, Japan. Located in Fujikawaguchiko, Yamanashi Prefecture, it is the most popular of the Fuji Five Lakes in terms of tourists, and is part of the Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park. Kawaguchiko also serves as a major hub for those wishing to climb Mount Fuji during the climbing season (July & August). It is situated at an altitude of approximately 800 metres, which accounts for its relatively cool summers and frequently icy winters. Recent years have seen Lake Kawaguchi replace nearby Lake Yamanaka as the most popular in the area, current population stands at around 25,000 (2005 figures)
