4449 DAYLIGHT STEAM TRAIN ON DISPLAY @ THE RAILFAIR 99 IN SACRAMENTO CALIFORNIA. TRAIN TO DEPART FOLLOWING DAY BACK TO OREGON ON A SPECIAL TRIP....

I use two different minifig accessories here, a magnifying glass and a cauldron for the lens (Minifig, Utensil Pot Cauldron 3 x 3 x 1 & 3/4 with Handles)

The viewfinder (on the right) is made with a 1x1 brick modified with studs on all sides and a transparent slope/dish. I tried about 30 different builds all too big and clunky until I landed on this one.

I love the shape the hinges create on the face of the camera, but it gets obscured a bit by all the black. I tried to bring in color to highlight the shape but failed (with the parts I had available).

Lots of room for improvement here.
