MHS (Mini Hire Services) of Worcestershire (Droitwich Spa, I believe) were the next "far away" operator that Staffordshire County Council obtained to run bus services in the Cannock / Lichfield area following Derby City Transport withdrawing from the contracts.
Here lorry-type D817NCA is seen on service 862 in Lichfield bus station, 1990.

SSR101 (Enfield) & SSR102 (Bendigo) wear a unique SSR livery celebrating 10 years of service for Southern Shorthaul Railroad (SSR), the two are seen passing through West Ryde as D476 light loco movement from Cardiff to Enfield. The Locos would then take out 1379 empty Westons grain out of Enfield later that night. Tuesday, 7th October 2014

The Thompson Brake carries the legend on the coach end "Basford North Link A".
The tower protruding from the top of E87271E was part of the nearby Deaf & Dumb Institute - a magificent building which was demolished in 1973.

Vline passenger service Southern Cross Station to Swan Hill captured at Furlong Rd crossing at St Albans
Eurowings (Germanwings) Bombardier Canadair CL-600-2D24 Regional Jet CRJ-900LR D-ACNT is taxiing towards the arrival gate in Düsseldorf.
c/n 15264 has had its first flight in May 2011 with the test registration C-GICB and was delivered to Eurowings on 06.04.11.
The jet is powered by 2x General Electric CF34-8C5 and has a cabin layout with 86 Economy Class seats.
This is flight EW9727 from Katowice (KTW).

Recently aquired DAF SB120 / Wright Cadet (YJ53VEB) from High Peak is pictured on the 558 at Heworth Interchange.
A freshly-restored vintage Mustang has just been finished off with a classic Bold Gold color. The gentlemen receiving this car lives in Rhode Island, he is going to be pleased.
Just like the sign sort of says, they will also receive a complimentary tire rotation.

Ford Transit 350 (high roof/148" wheelbase) van chassis. Ambulance conversion by Osage Industries of Linn, Missouri. This ambulance is in service with Newman's Ambulance in Mobile, Alabama.

150226 formed of 52226 and 57226 is seen departing Manchester Piccadilly in Northern livery for Manchester Airport.
Southeastern's class 375 dual voltage Electrostar electric multiple unit (EMU) number 375604 comprised of coaches 67804, 74253, 74254 and 67854 works 2K16 from London Victoria to Dover Priory on 10 December 2015. Owned by and leased from Eversholt Rail Group (formerly HSBC Rail) 375604 was built by Bombardier Transportation (previously ADtranz) assembled at Litchurch Lane Works, Derby between 1999 and 2001 the traction motors, train control and communications equipment having been manufactured at Vasteras, Sweden.

Metro de Barcelona. The motor car 425 is the only vehicle in the 400 series preserved as heritage train. Here we see within Sagrera workshops. It has not been restored nor is back to move since it was put out of service. Behind it we see a truck of 400 series for internal service of the workshops. (Photo scanned from an original paper).

At one time the Milwaukee (Wisconsin) Fire Department operated its own fleet of four Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulances, referred to as squads. These were phased out by around 2006 and all BLS calls are now covered by private ambulance services. Squad 2, shown here, is a 1996 Ford F-350 with McCoy Miller bodywork and is at the site of a structure fire in the 2200 block of South 15th Place.
